When you arrive for your initial exam, you should bring your insurance card/information if you have it (we will gladly call to check your benefits/eligibility if you don't know it). There is no charge for your initial consultation. The insurance information is only so that we can explain how the insurance would affect your treatment fee, if treatment is needed.

The actual exam takes about 20 minutes, and the Doctor will do a comprehensive check, from jaw and bite to hygiene and teeth. He will discuss whether or not treatment is indicated, and if so, our Treatment Coordinator will discuss the treatment cost and payment options. If you choose to begin treatment and take records that same day, you would then need to pay for the records at that time. We do accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Care Credit, personal checks and cash.

We do orthodontic treatment for adults and children, so if there is someone else in the family that would also like to have a complimentary consultation, please let us know so that we can accommodate them. Additionally, if you have a General Dentist, please make sure to let us know so that we may send him a letter with our findings. We look forward to meeting with you.
